I have no intention of writing a Cop story set in a futuristic Cityscape and this is the end of the recension. Not overly lengthy I'm presenting this as complete. No more story I've exhausted this avenue of thought and imagination, sorry if you were enjoying the read but I am going to be calling it a draw there.

The excessive stress and the forever overhanging sense of doom and uncertainty that prompted and influenced Deckard back to drinking Alcohol or at least putting it back on his list of things to do were beginning to be felt. The delusional insistence he was forever sobre was a self deceit he held closely so that even he believed it. Some within the organisation would know differently, but it clearly wasn't bad enough to draw extra attention and the necessity of a fix. After some consultation with some Doctor or other he researched the effect and reasonings and was fully aware of what and how the slow poison affected the demeanour. A build up of the slow release toxin caused by the body storing the sense numbing Alcohol made for a pleasant come down from the drunkenness, only adding to the escape from objective reality Alcoholism led to. Each bout of inebriation just reminded him in a real way of the other times he was drunk as a Skunk because of the expansion of the pool of intoxicant sitting in his Brain and affecting the Central Nervous System. The times he was completely out of his mind were few though, a long time ago and these days very infrequent. All of this was less important now, displacement activity concentrating on making a life partner happier while she was with him for who knew how much longer? Work was the thing now, the amount of resource commanded meant he was now in the top 5% in terms of wealth that it's possible to be and the payout from his last job was yet to be finalised then allocated, spent or saved and these credits sat on top of his agreed package.

One of the biggest influences in the change from the old system to the technological takeover was the realisation about the basis for prisoner detention. With the technological revolution it became clear these people were doing nothing other than pursuing policies of Social War. None of this was of concern to Deckard now, the latest discussion reached an agreement on moving in to change the realities surrounding the arrangements toward yet another terrible exploitation of the Female. Licenses were required and these were only granted on the basis everyone involved had a good income already and the move to the Sex work was more of an investment in the future of Babies over anything else, these criteria were nowhere to be seen; this would be the sole income for those involved and the Girls would see little of the profit here. The earliest stages were hinted at and the next few weeks would be best for a change or switch of situation for the plotters.
Deckard pressed the button that would file his work for the day and moved through the door that locked automatically while the lights dimmed. The end of another working day, time to be somewhere different and with someone other.
